Days of news for the Oriana group, including a new opening and an exclusive new name to represent what we offer. 
Last May 19, in fact, during the opening of the Turin office, we also presented the group's new name: Oriana Homèl.

After Oriana Homèl Udine opened in 2021 and landed in Turin, we realized that a change was needed in our communication:
modernity and designer furnishings in a facility with concierge and centralized services. A stay in an Oriana Homèl suite is a unique experience that combines the feeling of living the space and tranquility of a home with the comforts and attention of a hotel. 

It is therefore from the agreement of the words “home” and “hotel” that Homèl was born: a new concept, developed specifically to identify, describe and transmit « our new idea of hospitality that will accompany us in our important projects and in the coming years» (Pasquale D'Esposito, director of Oriana Homèl).

The magnificent Palazzo Costa Carrù della Trinità has officially joined Oriana Homèl. Last May 19, in the historic center of Turin on Via Giolitti, the prestigious palace, a delightful blend of 18th-century classicism and Piedmontese neoclassicism, built by the aristocratic Costa Carrù family in the 1700s, became part of Oriana Homèl.

The renovation, carried out under the supervision of the Fine Arts Authority, transformed the old stables and granaries into 8 residential units and an internal courtyard. For the occasion, high-quality and eco-friendly materials were carefully selected, following a green approach with respect for the environment.

The new concept places the tourist at the center, allowing them to explore the city in complete comfort.
The apartments are far more comfortable than traditional hotel rooms, without sacrificing any of the services offered by hotels.

The occasion also unveiled the rebranding that is revolutionizing the concept of hospitality in Italy.
Thanks to the incredible dedication of co-founder Domenico D’Oriano, Oriana Homèl offers:
“continuous innovation, ongoing research, always keeping the tourist at the heart of attention.”

Thus, HOMÈL was born: a fusion of “home” and “hotel.”

The designer spaces, located in carefully restored historic buildings, provide all the services of a conventional hotel.

After the historic buildings in Udine, Verona and Rome, comes the fourth jewel of Oriana Homèl.
The doors of Oriana Homèl Torino open in the ancient capital of the Savoy kingdom.
Turin, a city of many facets, lies at the foot of the imposing Alps and at the center of its open-air parlours: its most beautiful squares.

Experiencing Oriana Homèl has never been easier: with Scalapay, you can stay in an Oriana suite in the city of your choice and split the payment into three installments!

How does it work?
It’s very simple, just follow a few steps:

• Choose your destination and the suite that best suits your needs.
• Select Scalapay as your payment method. You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, or Amex.
• Log in or create an account in just a few minutes. Registration is free and approval is instant.
• By confirming your purchase, only the first installment will be charged. The remaining payments will be due one and two months later. You will always be notified a few days before the charge via SMS and email.
• In case of cancellation, the plan will be canceled, and any installments already paid will be refunded.

Terms of Use
To use this service, a few conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• If an automatic installment payment fails, you can settle it within 24 hours via your Scalapay account.
• If the pending payment is settled after 24 hours: - Within one week from the due date: up to €6 in additional fees
  - Beyond one week from the due date: an additional €6 will be added to the first fee (up to a maximum of €12)
  In any case, the total cost of fees cannot exceed 15% of the amount due.
